Low profile property tycoon Malton Berhad aka. Pavillion Group’s boss Tan Sri Desmond Lim has bought 3.25-acres of land in KL Golden Triangle where Hakka Restaurant site on at Jalan Kia Peng KL at RM4,000 psf (~RM566 million) !!!
The iconic restaurant’s corner land is just next to Pavilion’s Banyan Tree and across Pavilion KL
Is Pavilion Group’s boss planning to build extension of Pavilion KL and another hotel under the group?

The iconic restaurant’s corner land site on is just next to Pavilion’s Banyan Tree and across Pavilion KL.
Is Pavilion Group’s boss planning to build extension of Pavilion KL 2 and add-in another hotel & service suites towers under the group and to be pumped into Pavilion REIT in future?
