LBS Bina，65年的沉淀与三代跨越

1961年，拿督斯里林木生在大马雪兰莪的Sungai Way开启了商业征途。当时，林木生仅凭两辆罗里起家，从事建筑沙石的供应与运输业务。随着大马战后基础设施建设需求的激增，这家小型运输公司凭借高效的履约能力迅速壮大，将运输车队规模扩大至20辆卡车

这不仅为林氏家族累积了第一桶金，也让林木生在建筑原材料供应链中奠定了稳固的人脉与商业信用，成为日后跨界发展的基石

1978年，林木生迎来了企业发展史上的重要里程碑。凭借在建筑圈积累的良好声誉，这家原本专注于物流运输的公司突破业务边界，成功拿下承建中国驻大马大使馆的工程。这一重大项目不仅检验了其团队的建筑工程硬实力，更让林木生建立了与中国政商界长达数代人的深厚情谊，为未来将商业版图延伸至海外市场埋下了关键伏笔

1982年，为了摆脱单一运输业务的局限并向专业建筑商转型，LBS Bina Holdings正式注册成立。同年，从英国留学归来的长子丹斯里林福山正式加入公司，开启了长达四十余年的业务接班历程。林福山进入管理层后，开始协助父亲重整家族业务的内部架构，逐步将日常运营与工程管理的重任挑在肩上，推动公司从传统家族作坊向规范化企业运营转型

2011年，公司在稳固可负担房屋市场的同时，宣布进军高端住宅领域。公司在雪兰莪蒲种 推出了占地175英亩的D'Island Residence湖畔度假风城镇项目，总发展价值达25亿令吉。该项目被超过1,000英亩的湖泊环绕，主打独栋别墅与高档洋房，成功在高端富裕阶层中树立了品牌溢价能力

2012年，公司加大了对金马仑高原 的投资力度。在Brinchang与Tanah Rata之间圈地59英亩，推出了 Cameron Golden Hills lifestyle城镇，总发展价值达5.92亿令吉，进一步巩固了其在高原地产市场的绝对垄断地位

2014年，公司将高原地产版图扩大至云顶，推出了主打自然康养概念、总价值3.55亿令吉的Midhills公寓。同年7月，林福山在资本市场上展开重要布局，斥资收购了当时正陷入财务困境的屋瓦制造贸易商VTI Vintage的21.92%股权。这场看似跨界的收购，实际上是一场精心策划的“借壳重组”战略序曲

2015年，由于核心业务在激烈竞争中连年亏损、股东基金大幅缩水，已被公司入股的ML Global Berhad（原 VTI Vintage Berhad)因触发证券交易所条例，被正式列入代表严重财务困难的PN17观察名单，企业命悬一线

2016年，林福山以“白武士”姿态重组该公司。4月，公司将对ML Global的持股比例一举提升至50.93%，触发强制性全面收购。9月，林福山实施资产注入，将旗下价值2.25亿令吉的MITC Engineering的75%股权注入ML Global，彻底砍掉原本亏损的屋瓦业务，将其全面转型为纯正的建筑工程与房屋开发商
