Transformation of IOI City Mall and its surrounding landbank by IOI Properties.

IOI City Mall is a shopping mall located in Sepang District, Selangor, Malaysia, which was developed by IOI Properties Group Berhad and opened in November 2014.

It is positioned as a "mid-upper-class mall" to draw about 3.1 million people especially from the southern corridor of Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kajang, Bangi, Seri Kembangan, Serdang, Puchong, Bukit Jalil and Subang Jaya.

Phase 2 of the mall completed and opened last year on 25 August 2022, with Phase 1 and Phase 2 combined, IOI City Mall is the largest regional mall in Malaysia with a total net lettable area of 2.5 million sq ft.

Phase 2 of IOI City Mall is expected to operate by the end of this year.

Among the anchor tenants are AEON, GSC, Proton, the IOI Sports Centre, and the IOI Grand Hall.

There will be a 40,000 SF exhibition hall; a new cinema concept with an IMAX hall; a modern dining arcade; a new rooftop sports centre; 15 badminton courts; and a gymnasium.

We expect the property values around us to increase by at least 20%, and the demand for rentals and Airbnb will be crazy.
