✨ Freehold (Pegangan Bebas):
Ini ibarat anda memiliki sebidang tanah dan bangunan di atasnya secara MUTLAK, selama-lamanya! Tiada tarikh luput. Anda adalah raja di tanah anda sendiri. Ini memberi ketenangan fikiran dan nilai jangka panjang yang kukuh.

⏳ Leasehold (Pegangan Pajak):
Konsepnya mudah, anda menyewa tanah dari kerajaan (atau pemilik tanah) untuk tempoh masa tertentu, biasanya 99 tahun. Apabila tempoh itu tamat, anda perlu memohon untuk memperbaharui pajakan, dan ini mungkin melibatkan kos. Nilai hartanah leasehold cenderung menurun apabila tempoh pajakan semakin pendek.
