Singapore just doubled the MOP to 10 years, scrapped the Deferred Payment Scheme and gave first timers 90% priority access.

What does this actually mean for you?

🔴 HDB Upgrader — tougher road ahead. No more DPS to buffer your cash flow. You may need to sell your flat earlier or rethink your timeline.

But not every viewing looks like that. 😅

I didn’t even plan to post this unit because… the condition was rough. The smell, the mess, the shock on my face, it’s all raw and authentic.

Many Singaporeans assume their spouse can automatically sell the house or manage finances if something happens to them.
