Venue: Multipurpose Hall, Zahra Residence

Up to 100 lucky draw prices including Grand Prize- Proton X50 to be won!!!

We have food trucks, ice cream, pop corn, cotton candy, face painting, caricature on that day.

Terms and Conditions apply:
1. Each unit of Zahra Residence is entitled to one (1) entry in this lucky draw event, along with complimentary RM20 food vouchers.

2. The lucky draw ticket and food vouchers may be collected from the Nursery at Zahra Residence, prior to the lucky draw event, from 21st September 2024 onwards.

3. Please be informed that the Grand Prize (Proton X50) can only be registered in the name of the purchaser as indicated in the Zahra Residence Sale and Purchase Agreement. This prize is non-transferable and must adhere to this condition.

4. In the event a participant’s name/unit number is drawn during the lucky draw and they are not present at the event, their entry will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

5. This lucky draw event is exclusively for purchasers of Zahra Residence only. Affiliates, business partners, staff, and immediate family members of the purchaser are not eligible to participate in this lucky draw event.

We wish to inform that our teams have been working round the clock for the past few weeks for the delivery of Vacant Possession (VP) to all buyers.

We are pleased to update that almost 95% of the buyers have collected their keys. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

For some of the remaining units having specific individual circumstances, we are ready to assist any buyers who many need additional support during this process.

Dear buyers,

We have started the Vacant Possession (key handover) process since last week.

We understand that all of you would want to collect the keys soonest possible. We are currently setting up appointments with the buyers that already have all the documentations in order.

In order to expedite the Vacant Possession process, we are increasing our manpower to bring forward all the appointments for handing-over the keys to you.

Dear all Zahra Residensi buyers,

Great news!! The moment that we have been waiting for has finally arrived.

We have received all the approvals from Authorities.

We have formally sent you the Vacant Possession (VP) notice. We will contact you for VP delivery once all billings to the banks and miscellaneous bills are cleared.

We have managed to complete the project and send out the VP notice within extension of time (EOT) granted by Kementerian Pembangunan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT) due to the COVID-19 FMCO lockdown implemented in 2021.

Dear Zahra Residensi buyers,

We are now waiting for the final approval from Authority before we can deliver Vacant Possession to all of you. We have been chasing tirelessly for all approvals in the last 3 months.

Our Management Office, security guards, cleaners, Vacant Possession teams and etc have already stationed at site since January 2024.

We will handover the keys to you the soonest possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We heard you. We are too as eager to hand over the keys as quickly as we can.

Our team are currently working very hard to get approval from all the government departments. Majority of them have already provided clearance but we are still waiting for a few more to close this process.

Rest assured we are doing our best to hand over the keys to you as soon as possible.
