很多人以为，房地产中介的工作，就是拍照、剪影片、做广告、带人看屋。

其实，我们每天忙着经营免费和付费广告平台，剪接影片、更新房源、接触客户、筛选屋源，再不断寻找客户，只为了替每一位客户找到真正适合他们的家。

最近遇见一位买家，让我特别感动。

他邀请我去他家探访，身为爸爸晚上在工厂上夜班，白天继续送 Foodpanda；妈妈放下工作，全心照顾8岁患有过动症（ADHD）的女儿。

一家三口，挤在一间 Low Cost 屋整整10年，每个月付着 RM800 租金（偏高）。空间非常狭窄，转身的位置都有限。

他们一直不敢买家，除了不相信自己有经济能力可以办到，也因为担心新的邻居不能接纳他们的女儿。

了解他们的故事后，我重新筛选手上的屋源，终于找到一间面向操场的单层屋。

第一次看屋，他们就爱上了。

7个工作天后，贷款顺利批准。

第二天，他们开心地带着女儿和母亲一起到银行签署 Loan Offer，前前后后不下十次不断向我说：

「谢谢你，谢谢你的帮助。」

那一刻，他们的心里都充满激动和光。

原来，我每天忙着拍照、剪影片、做广告，不只是为了卖一间房子。
而是为了帮助一个家庭拥有人生第一间属于自己的家，让孩子有一个更好的成长环境， 生活可以越来越好。
同时，也帮助屋主顺利出售房子，解决了当下面对的经济压力。

买家圆梦，屋主安心。

这就是我坚持做房地产的原因。

因为房地产，从来不是冰冷的交易，而是一个家庭新生活的开始。 ❤️

Many people think a real estate agent's job is simply taking photos, editing videos, running advertisements, and bringing buyers to view houses.

But in reality, our days are spent managing both free and paid advertising platforms, editing videos, updating property listings, sourcing homes, connecting with clients, qualifying buyers, and constantly searching for the right match—so that every family can find a place they can truly call home.

Recently, I met a buyer whose story deeply touched my heart.

He invited me to visit his home. As a father, he works night shifts at a factory and delivers Foodpanda during the day to support his family. His wife temporary stay at home to care full-time for their 8-year-old daughter, who has ADHD.

For the past 10 years, the three of them have been living in a small low-cost house paying RM800 in monthly rent（above market rental rate). The space was so limited that even moving around the house was difficult.

They never dared to dream of owning a home. They didn't believe they could afford one, and they were worried that their new neighbours might not accept their daughter.

After hearing their story, I carefully reviewed all the properties I had and eventually found a single-storey home facing a playground.
The moment they viewed it, they fell in love with it.

Although this case loan is challenging, with our team efforts, eventually we helped him to get the loan approval within Just 7 working days. They are so happy to get the news.

The very next day, they brought their daughter and the buyer's mother to the bank to sign the Loan Offer. Throughout the process, they thanked me again and again.

At that moment, I could see the joy, relief, and hope in their eyes.

That's when I was reminded that all the photos I take, the videos I edit, and the advertisements I create are never just about selling a house.
They're about helping a family own their very first home, giving a child a better environment to grow up in, and creating hope for a brighter future.

At the same time, it's also about helping homeowners sell their property smoothly and easing the financial burdens they are facing.
