**A Day with a Moving-Out Tenant**

Last week, we met with the tenant to carry out the final inspection of the property. After checking through all the items required, I must say this was one of the **best-maintained units** — clean, well taken care of, and properly handed over.

All keys and access cards were returned to the owner, and the tenant moves on to the next chapter of their life.

This is the **life cycle of a property agent** —
from move-in, to tenancy management, and finally a smooth handover.

Grateful for good tenants and responsible owners. 🙏

Semalam saya bawa klien melihat rumah di Seremban town bersama partner.
Klien sangat peramah dan sesi lawatan berjalan dengan lancar 😊 Harap urusan seterusnya dipermudahkan.

Menariknya, selepas bertahun-tahun di Seremban, baru saya sedar ada lokasi budaya Cina yang begitu cantik di kawasan ini. Seni bina dan suasananya memang unik—partner saya pun kata terasa seperti di luar negara.

在 Seremban 这么多年,第一次发现 town 里还有这么漂亮、有文化气息的地方。
真的值得慢慢走、慢慢看。

🏘️ Projek Baru vs Rumah Subsale – Mana Pilihan Anda? 💡

Ramai di kalangan pembeli cenderung memilih projek baru berbanding rumah subsale.

Namun, tahukah anda bahawa dengan membeli rumah subsale yang betul, kos yang ditanggung dalam jangka masa panjang berpotensi lebih rendah berbanding projek baru?

Baru-baru ini, seorang pembeli bertanya saya soalan ini.

Dia tertarik dengan projek baru kerana rumah nampak cantik, moden, dan bayaran awal kelihatan lebih rendah.

Selepas kami kira bersama-sama kos sebenar — harga rumah, faedah pinjaman, kos menunggu siap, dan kos ubah suai — barulah dia sedar bahawa dalam jangka panjang, rumah subsale di kawasan matang boleh menjadi lebih jimat dan boleh terus didiami.
