森州新工业区发展商须留地建外劳宿舍
森州行政议员阿鲁古马指出，所有州内新开发的工业区，有关发展商必须预留土地，用于兴建一站式外劳集中宿舍（CLQ）。
他召开记者会表示，森州目前只有5所一站式外劳集中宿舍已投入运营，可安置712人，7所正在建设中，尚有5所已获批准，迫切需要更多的一站式外劳集中宿舍。
他进一步表示，一旦17所一站式外劳集中宿舍投入运营，共可容纳6056人。他呼吁更多雇主、私营公司与森州机构（NS Corp）合作，兴建更多的一站式外劳集中宿舍。
