Nak apply financing, rekod CCRIS dan CTOS mesti dijaga. Rekod terpantas pembiayaan perumahan lulus dalam masa kurang 3 hari disebabkan oleh rekod CCRIS dan CTOS yang baik.

Bahasa mudah, dua-dua ni adalah rekod kesihatan kewangan kita.

♣CCRIS
(Central Credit Reference Information System):

CCRIS adalah rekod pinjaman daripada institusi kewangan. Ia kumpul maklumat individu yang membuat pinjaman dengan institusi kewangan dan membekalkan semula kepada institusi kewangan. Contoh info kewangan yang ada dalam CCRISS:

1. Pinjaman ASB
2. Pinjaman kereta
3. Pinjaman perumahan
4. Personal loan
