Construction of the MRT station infront of The Atmosphere along the main road to Equine will start very soon as the contractors have already put in road barriers and cones to clear the way. It is visible when you pass by that area and those barriers are branded with MRT logos.

The project is almost reaching 40th floor as can be seen in the latest photo taken in April 2017.

Quick Analysis: The MRT Factor.

Once the MRT line 2 is completed the MRT station next to Sfera which is also known as Station 32 will be just mere 2 stations away from Lim Kok Weng (LKW) University which is next to station 35 whereas the last station which is within Putrajaya Sentral is known as Station 36 (According to MRT official Project Information). Hence Sfera Residence could potentially be the accommodation of choice for many LKW students that are mostly from abroad. Furthermore the journey from Sfera to LKW will all be within walking distance i.e. from Sfera Residence to MRT and MRT to Lim Kok Weng. The majority of the residential properties in Cyberjaya are even not so as easily accessible to the campus compared to Sfera because most of those properties are not within walking distance.
