Today has read a blog online, they really analyze what the history of property movement and differentiate the risk on investment๐
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Most people look at a property and ask, "Is the price expensive?"
But experienced investors often ask a different question:
"Why is this location valuable, and what will make people continue wanting to live or rent here in the future?"
----------------------------------------------------------------------
A good property should have both affordable and valuable.
Affordability gives us the ability to own and hold the asset comfortably.
Value is what gives the asset the potential to perform in the future.
For example, a property may be cheaper today, but if the location, connectivity, and demand are limited, it may remain cheap for many years.
On the other hand, a property with stronger fundamentals may require a slightly higher commitment, but the value behind the location can support future demand, rental potential, and appreciation.
So rather than asking which property is cheaper, I prefer asking:
"Which property gives me the best value within a commitment level that I am comfortable with?"
Because the goal is not to buy the cheapest property.
The goal is to buy the best asset that comfortably fits your financial situation.
