Sebelum beli rumah pertama, ni ada 5 tips mudah untuk panduan sebelum buat keputusan.

1. Beli Untuk Duduk Atau Pelaburan

Sebelum beli, buat keputusan kita nak beli untuk apa. Ramai salah beli rumah kerana tak pasti tujuan beli rumah.

Kadang-kadang lepas dah beli baru nak rancang. Dan mungkin waktu tu dah terlambat.

2. Pilih Lokasi Yang Sesuai

Kalau beli untuk pelaburan kena pilih lokasi yang ada demand. Check kadar sewa dan sebagainya.

Kalau beli untuk duduk p**a check lokasi tersebut sesuai tak untuk keluarga dan anak-anak.

3. Rumah Teres Atau Apartment

Berbalik kepada tujuan kita beli dan bajet kita. Kalau di bandar besar seperti di JB, harga teres setingkat dan apartment 3 bilik biasanya tak banyak beza.

Bergantung pada tujuan kita beli. Kedua-duanya ada kelebihan masing-masing.

Kalau tak dapat juga buat keputusan, beli dua-dua. 😝

4. Bersedia dari Segi Kewangan

Komitmen pinjaman rumah antara komitmen jangka panjang. Kena bersedia dari segi kewangan.

Pinjaman memang boleh dapat tapi realitinya mampu tak kita bayar bulanan dan 'bela' rumah tersebut.

Kalau simpanan dan kewangan masih tak stabil, elakkan beli rumah.

5. Gunakan Kelebihan Pinjaman Rumah

Sekarang ada pelbagai insentif pembelian rumah untuk pembeli rumah pertama. Ambil tahu insentif-insentif ni.

Untuk pembeli yang masih muda. Pinjaman boleh sehingga 35-40 tahun. Bulanan akan jadi rendah. Beli seawal yang boleh.
