Most people think rental income is passive.
But behind every comfortable co-living home is years of learning, setting up systems, managing tenants, maintenance, and constant improvement.
Since starting my real estate journey in 2013, I’ve been constantly investing in myself.. growing my knowledge, sharpening my skills, and continuously learning. Kaizen. 📚💡Slowly but surely, that journey allowed me to reinvest my income back into building more rooms, improving tenants’ living experience, and growing my portfolio one unit at a time. 🏡
Today, our co-living units are generating close to RM35,000/month in gross rental income, and we’re still growing.
The goal was never just to collect rent.
The real goal is to build assets and systems that continue generating income long after the work is done.
A property can either become a burden…
Or a cashflow-producing asset when managed correctly.
That’s why I believe:
👉 Don’t just buy property.
👉 Learn how to make property work for you.
