🤝 Where AI meets everyday living.

Mesiniaga Berhad and i-City are collaborating to develop the Urban Intelligence Platform “Luma,” described as the “brain” behind i-City’s AI Living—the world’s first AI and robotics residential development in the state capital of Selangor.

The platform aims to unify fragmented systems across robotics, wellness, security, building management, and mobility into a single, real-time orchestration layer. Built on three layers—UrbanOS Edge for on-site computing, the i-City SuperApp for residents, and Luma as the orchestration engine—it enables seamless, vendor-agnostic integration of future AI services.

The goal is to make technology operate invisibly in the background to enhance safety, security, and daily living. Mesiniaga will provide expertise in AIoT and system integration, while i-City contributes the real estate and AI Living use cases. Targeted for completion in 2030, the project seeks to shift real estate from connected devices to software-defined, adaptive living environments.
