Untuk membeli rumah, pembeli perlu sediakan beberapa kos penting. Ramai yang kurang tahu tentang kos-kos ni.

Antaranya:
1. Deposit ; Kebiiasanya sekitar 10% daripada harga rumah
2. Yuran guaman untuk pemprosesan dokumen,
3. kos valuation bagi menilai nilai sebenar rumah
4. Insurance untuk melindungi hartanah daripada risiko yang tidak dijangka.

Semua kos ini penting untuk memastikan proses pembelian berjalan lancar.
