Progress

Progress is a slow process.
I've tried coaching short-term goals training and I've seen magnificient results. However, the results did not last long. I consider that I've failed. Why? Because all the trainings and knowledge that they gained hadn't become their habit (of course not all of 'em, some of 'em are better than me now. ๐Ÿ˜…). Program completed, target achieved, done. Then everything stopped. Do we really expect a couple of week training will give us eternal results?
In a fitness journey, we dont need 200% effort. That is too much. What we need is just 110%. 10% is guidance from the coaches and 100% from ourselves. I prefer to see my trainees able to adapt fitness & healthy lifestyle as their habit. Once it became habit, you will have a long-life progress. And who knows one day they might be able to help others in achieving fitness goals.
Make it a habit. Slowly but surely.

Boredom Buster!!

Circuit training is a great boredom buster - Moving quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn't have time to wander or tune out. An all-strength circuit burns 30 percent more calories (about nine per minute!) than a typical weight workout and offers more cardio benefits.

The purpose of circuit training is to keep you moving by only allowing you to take minimal breaks between exercises. You get the benefits of muscle building and toning along with an intense cardio workout. If you get bored trotting along on a treadmill or elliptical, circuit training can fix that, too. The exercises options are endless. Switch up the exercises frequently to tame the exercise doldrums and keep improving your body.

Dehydration

Recognizing signs of dehydration is important. They include:

Little or no urine.
Urine that is darker than usual.
Dry mouth.
Sleepiness or fatigue.
Extreme thirst.
Headache.
Confusion.
Dizziness or lightheadedness.
No tears when crying.
Donโ€™t wait until you notice symptoms of dehydration to take action. Actively prevent dehydration by drinking plenty of water.

Some people are at higher risk of dehydration, including people who exercise at a high intensity (or in hot weather) for too long, have certain medical conditions. In my case, I experienced 'Hematuria'. 2 days tournament in a hot weather. Believe me, you dont want this to happen.
Stay hydrated! Drink a lot of water ok. Cheers!
