【 #百格快讯】 中国人狂扫大马房产？
房屋及地方政府部长倪可敏在国会以数据回应外国人在大马购屋情况。他指出，根据2025年上半年住宅产业报告，外国买家仅占0.76%，大马房市依然由本地人主导。

其中，中国买家最多，共成交329宗，总值大约8亿3465万令吉。其余主要买家包括新加坡、印度、英国、印尼、香港、美国、韩国、台湾及澳洲。但同一时期（2025年1月至6月），大马人共购入11万9394所住宅，总值达474亿7000万令吉，是外国买家数十倍。

倪可敏指出，政府在2026年财案建议把外国人买房需付印花税从4%调至8%，不过能不能买、房价门槛、土著固打等则由各州政府决定。
