Throwback!
I recently attended a 2-day PWS seminar by our Propnex Singapore, PWS Mentor Mr Kelvin Fong. This seminar has been very impactful to me and has motivated me to look at myself. Why am I still holding on to a property of 20 years when I can sell and buy a better property which will elevate my assets!
I know many are happy to hold on to their property once its fully paid up and never thought of selling. If you are one of those, its about time to look to the future and let your money move.
I have learnt that real estate is not only about buying or selling but about life planning wealth accumulation and smart investment. My ultimate goal as a is PWS consultant not only to help myself to help more people plan their asset elevation correctly to achieve wealth appreciation.
And to assist them to make the right financial decisions and in time to come, move towards financial freedom.
