Owner’s unit has 3 rooms on the 1st floor: 2 middle rooms and 1 master room. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and inside the house # cannot smoke 🚭

Master room comes with:
✅ Air conditioner
✅ Queen-size bed with 11 inches mattress
✅ Wardrobe
✅ Working table and chair

Middle rooms comes with:
✅Wardrobe
✅Writing table and chair
✅Mattress
*For middle rooms, if you have any requirements for your stay, you may request with the person-in-charge.*

In terms of toilets, all the rooms have a private toilet and are able to take showers inside.

But, the water heater is only available on the ground floor. Water pressure is strong and even if you didn’t use the water heater, the temperature is still considered acceptable.

Washing machine, water filter, fridge, dining sets, cooking stove are allowed for you to use, but always remember to clean out after using it.

Another important matter is we have WiFi connection too. Besides, the car porch is able to park 4 cars .

For hygiene or allergy matter, NO pets are allowed.

Whenever you have a problem, please contact the person-in-charge.

房东欲出租的单位在二楼有3间房：2间中房和1间主人房。所有房间和屋内都禁止吸烟 #不能吸烟🚭

主人房配有：

中间房间配有：
✅衣柜
✅写字桌椅
✅床垫
*对于中间房间，如果您对住宿有任何要求，您可以向负责人提出要求。 *

卫生间方面，所有房间都有独立卫生间，可以在里面淋浴。
但是，热水器仅提供在一楼洗手间。水压很大，即使不用热水器，温度也算是可以接受的范围。

洗衣机、滤水器、冰箱、餐桌、灶具都可以使用，但一定要记得用完后清理干净。

另一个重要的事项是我们也有提供WiFi 连接哦。📳此外，停车场可停放4辆汽车。🚙🚗

🈲出于卫生或过敏原因，携带和养宠物是不被允许的。
