Did you know that you can tap into the Account 2 of your EPF for help in financing your property loan? Money from EPF Account 2 can be used to pay the price between the SPA price and the loan amount, up to an additional 10% on the price of the house 🏡

Therefore, if a full housing loan (100%) is obtained, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn is up to 10% of the price of the house ✨

Only residential properties are eligible for EPF withdrawals and another information worth taking note of is if you have overshot the three years (from signing SPA), you can still apply under the category of ‘reducing housing loan’ or ‘paying monthly instalments’ ✨
