PUBLIC STATEMENT
We, PROFERE PROPERTY SDN. BHD., wish to clarify as follows:-
1. During the period from 17.03.2020 to 08.06.2021, certain tenancy transactions were handled by us as a branch of Oriental Real Estate Sdn. Bhd. (“Oriental”).
2. In handling those tenancy transactions, there may have been confusion, misunderstanding, miscommunication and/or non-compliance arising from some of those use of forms and/or documents bearing the name of Oriental.
3. We hereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Oriental against any claims, losses, liabilities or disputes arising from the disputed tenancy transactions handled by us during the said period.
4. We further undertake to immediately cease and desist from using any forms and/or documents bearing the name of Oriental.
