✔ Source and identify reliable manufacturers and suppliers, particularly from China
✔ Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best pricing and terms
✔ Communicate directly with suppliers via Alibaba, WeChat, Made-in-China, and other sourcing platforms
✔ Verify product quality, specifications, certifications, and compliance requirements
✔ Monitor purchase orders and supplier performance to ensure timely delivery
✔ Prepare procurement reports, supplier evaluations, and cost analyses
✔ Explore new products, technologies, and cost-saving opportunities

Requirements
✔ Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, International Business, or related field
✔ Minimum 2 years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience (Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin proficiency are encouraged to apply)
✔ Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
