A decade of pursuing real estate agent license finally comes through 💪💪

It is a challenging journey, started course work and exam in 2013, logged working experience for 2 years, prepared 2 tasks and failed 2 times Board interviews and luckily third time went well 🙏🙏

I would like to express my gratitude to my supervisor Eng Swee Siong who provided the guidance all this while, BNI Uptown Malaysia members and Kaiwen Gan who helped me in their respective industries knowledge needed for budgeting and my wife Lok Lai Kam who always prays for good results.

REAL ESTATE IS MY PASSION!

I strongly believe that in every business we must focus on solving people’s problems. Only when people’s problems are solved we are being rewarded.

What keeps me moving? It’s definitely the satisfaction and appreciation from the clients, which to me is priceless.

I’m grateful that I have the opportunity to help a foreign company to source an industrial land in Tanjung 12, Banting for their factory expansion while at the same time helping my landowner to cash out at a reasonable price.

I have been working on this deal for 8 months, from sourcing, marketing, negotiation and closing. Thank god it finally went through!!

A deal that verbally confirmed in 2018 and now finally sealed off !!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to BNI Uptown Malaysia fellow member Stephen Voon for introducing me to his friend who owns a limited commercial bungalow in PJ. Without his referral I wouldn't have such an opportunity, thank you so much!!

After some due diligence the deal is finally gone through. Recently I met the owner and I am happy to see him looking forward so much to move to a new environment. At the same time I am pleased that I am able to help the buyer to get a strategic commercial property for his business expansion after so many rounds of visits to various Government departments and bank.

I finally made the last push to finish my project papers in my effort to pursue my real estate principal license, now pending the Board to call for interview.

Isn't it great to have a CCTV at entrance to detect people temperature during Covid-19 pandemic?

My business associate Wan's company is offering this latest CCTV that helps companies to detect visitors' temperature effectively when they enter.

This technology was successfully deployed in Shenzhen hospital, Venice Airport, Taiwanese offices, factory in Thailand, etc.
