KLK Land The Nation's Preferred Property Developer. KLK Land is the property business of the reputable Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK).

KLK is a Malaysia-based conglomerate with a global presence and a total workforce of about 47,000 people. KLK started out as a plantation company back in 1906 and today, plantation remains as the Groupโ€™s core business. In the 1990s, KLK diversified into resource-based manufacturing (oleochemicals, derivatives and specialty chemicals) as well as property development to capitalise on the strategic location of its landbank.
