HGD Perkukuh Komponen Komersial Aera Township dengan Lima Penyewa Utama

HGD telah berjaya menandatangani perjanjian dengan lima penyewa utama strategik bagi Aera Business Centre yang bakal dibangunkan di Sungai Petani Utara, sekali gus memperkukuh asas komersial bagi projek mercu tanda syarikat, Aera Township.

Penyewa utama berkenaan ialah FamilyMart, ZUS Coffee, Momoyo, Nasi Kandar Danial dan Alyaa Bistro, yang terdiri daripada jenama nasional dan antarabangsa yang kukuh. Penyertaan mereka menandakan fasa awal pengaktifan komersial bagi pembangunan bandar terancang tersebut.
