TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility and Activation Period – The Paramount Pickle Challenge is open to members of the public who register for the challenge during the activation period from 18 September to 18 October 2026, every Friday to Sunday, at the participating Paramount Property galleries.
2. Challenge Format – The Paramount Pickle Challenge will take place across four (4) participating Paramount Property galleries, with each gallery featuring one (1) unique pickleball challenge.
3. Multiple Attempts – Participants may visit any or all participating galleries and attempt the respective challenges multiple times during the activation period.
4. Scoring and Leaderboard – Only the participant’s highest valid score for each challenge will be recorded on the respective leaderboard.
5. Prizes – The Top 10 participants from each challenge will be selected based on the highest valid scores recorded during the activation period. Participants ranked from 1st to 10th place in each challenge will be eligible to receive the corresponding prizes.
6. One Prize per Participant – Each participant is eligible to receive one (1) prize only. If a participant qualifies as a winner in more than one challenge, only the highest-ranked winning position achieved by that participant will be eligible for a prize, and the participant will forfeit any additional prize(s).
7. Tie-Breaker – In the event of a tie, the organiser may conduct a tie-breaker or apply a pre-determined tie-breaking mechanism to determine the final ranking.
8. Winner Announcement – Winners will be announced via Paramount Property’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
9. Prize Collection – Winners must collect their prizes in person during Paramount Cup 2026. Prizes will not be delivered and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise stated by the organiser.
10. Prize Terms – Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and are subject to the availability and terms of the participating brand partners.
11. Participant Information and Fair Play – Participants must provide accurate registration details and participate fairly. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, tampers with the challenge or scoring process, or is otherwise found to have breached these Terms & Conditions.
12. Verification – The organiser reserves the right to verify a participant’s registration, scores and eligibility before confirming the final leaderboard and winners.
13. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation – The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the activation, including any challenge, prize or related arrangement, where necessary.
14. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions – By participating in the Paramount Pickle Challenge, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
