• Seorang yg berperwatakan sebagai seorang leader dalam team.
• Sedia menerima arahan dengan baik.

b) Kelayakan kerja
• Diploma Ukur tanah atau yang berkaitan
• Calon yang berpengalaman tanpa diploma boleh juga memohon
