Deskripsi kerja: 🔨 🪚🧱
-Periksa dan kawal kualiti setiap jenis kerja oleh sub-kontraktor dan pekerja.
-Bertanggungjawab ke atas pengurusan tapak dan penyiapan projek perumahan di Kuala Ketil, Kedah.
-Melaksana dan mengatur program kerja tapak dan kemajuan.
-Mengatur dan menyelia kerja sub-kontraktor.
-Mengawal susunan bahan, penyimpanan dan penggunaan yang betul dengan pembaziran minimum dan mengelakkan pencurian.
-Berhubung dan berhubung rapat dengan pejabat.
-Simpan diari dan rekod tapak yang betul dengan bantuan kerani pejabat tapak.

Kemahiran & kelayakan:
-Mesti boleh kerja di Bukit Aman Perwira, Kuala Ketil, Kedah.
-Pengalaman minimum 3 tahun dalam pembinaan tapak perumahan.
-Sekurang-kurangnya kelayakan diploma yang berkaitan pembinaan.

Gaji: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 sebulan

-Responsible for site management and completion of a housing project at Kuala Ketil, Kedah.
-Implement and organize site work program and progress.
-Organize and supervise sub-contractors’ work.
-Check and control quality of each type of work by the sub-contractors and workers.
-Control material order, storage and proper usage with minimum wastage and prevent pilferage.
-Liaise and communicate closely with the office.
-Keep proper site diary and records with the assistance of the site office clerk.

Skills & qualification:

Must be able to work at Bukit Aman Perwira, Kuala Ketil, Kedah.
Minimum 3 years' experience in housing site construction.
Possess project organizing and supervising skills.

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Bonus subject to performance
