So you want to know how to get scammed while buying land in Nigeria?
Let me teach you, step by step 🤡:
1. Don’t ask for documents:
If they say “just trust me,” believe them. After all, who needs a registered survey or C of O? 😅
2. Don't go for Site Inspection:
Pictures are enough abi? You don't need to go and see the land physically ba? Just wait until water carries you faraway in the future.
3. Don't Engage or hire Property Lawyers:
Legal advice is for rich people. Just sign anything they give you jare even if it’s handwritten on pure water nylon.
Just sign and come and cry online later.
4. Pay for the Land immediately.
No receipts? No problem! Send full payment without proof.
What could possibly go wrong? Nothing at all my guy. Wait till you see your money vanish into thin air.
5. Bonus tip:
Buy land from one random uncle you met on Facebook, no verification needed. Infact, make that your uncle or aunty from the village your Agent, you go hear generational stories 😂😂😂.
I hope with this few but convincing point of mine, I've been able to convince and not confuse you that... Getting Scammed in Real Estate is as easy as ABC.
