Here's the difference between a book that sells and a book that just sits.

Most self-published books sell fewer than 100 copies.

Not because they're bad. But because they were written without positioning.

A book written for everyone will reach no one.
But a book written for one specific reader, solving one specific problem, will travel on its own.

So, if you have an idea for a book, don't just rush into it.
•Position before you write.
•Know your reader.
•Know their problem.
•Know the outcome you're
promising.

Write for that one person and the right readers will find it.

Grab my free Authority Book Starter Kit to get your positioning right before you write a word.

People do not buy your credentials. They buy your certainty.

You could have 20 years of experience and still lose the room to someone with 5 years who speaks and writes with absolute clarity.

Certainty is communicated through structure. Through directness. Through a clear point of view that doesn't hedge every sentence.

Authority is not about how much you know. It's about how clearly you say what you know.

It is about how you're able to communicate what you know in such a way that your intended audience understands it exactly as they should.

So, write with a point of view. Take a position. Say the thing plainly.

That is what authority sounds like in writing.

And, if you want your book or content to carry that weight, let's talk.

It's the weekend again. And I have one question for you.

What would change for you in the next 12 months if your book was already done?

I want you to sit with your answer for a moment.

•The clients you'd attract.
•The stages you'd be invited to.
•The conversations that would start with "I read your book."
•The income that follows authority.

That future is one decision away. Not one year of writing.

One decision to start the right way.

I am John Ephraim Ukoha.
Ghostwriter and content strategist for coaches, leaders, and founders.

I write the content that makes your expertise impossible to ignore.

Most people in this space produce content that looks professional but reads like everyone else's.

I write the version that sounds exactly like the person thinking it.

That is the difference between content that gets likes and content that gets clients.

The 2am question that will drives most of my clients to finally reach out.

"Am I good enough?"

It shows up quietly.

Usually after they've scrolled past someone else's launch announcement, someone else's book cover reveal, someone else's win.

And they wonder if they waited too long. Or if they're too unknown. Or if anyone would even care. Now, that question isn't evidence that you lack something. It is evidence that you care deeply about the work and the people you're called to reach.

And that care? That is the foundation for need. Structure is the tool with which you would build on it.

I bring the structure. You bring everything else.

So, if that question sounds familiar, let's talk. Book my free strategy call. Link in bio.

You already know you need to write the book.

The only question left is whether you'll do it this year or keep moving it to next year.

And the answer to that question is usually not about time or money. It's about belief. Specifically, the belief that your message is worth the investment that a book is.

I'll tell you one thing, your message is very much worth it. The audience you're called to reach is already waiting. And the only thing standing between them and your book is the decision to start.

My name is John Ukoha. And I can help you with that. I help people like yourself get their message to those who need to hear and see them.

How I turn a 45-minute conversation into a book chapter.

Most people think ghostwriting means that the client will just send notes and the writer makes up the rest.

That's not what I do. And that's not what produces a book that sounds and feels like you. Because the best content comes out of structured conversation, not just structured writing.

That is why I use this process for every chapter I write:
•Step 1: I send you 5 to 7
targeted questions specific to
that chapter's topic.
•Step 2: We get on a 45-minute
call and you answer them out
loud.
•Step 3: I write the chapter from
what you said.
•Step 4: You review and give
feedback.
•Step 5: I revise and finalize.

You never have to sit down to write anything. I do that for you.

I'm John Ukoha and I help experts, founders and leaders communicate their message in the world way the world will actually listen and build profitable authority.

Welcome to June

Step into this month with intention, clarity, and the boldness to own your work.

It's your season.
Write your story.

But make sure God is along in it.

What are you looking forward to this month?

This week I'm opening up 3 spots for free strategy calls.

Most people who book these calls have been sitting on their book idea for 6 to 24 months. And after the call, they leave saying they wish they'd done it sooner.

The call doesn't commit you to anything. It's just for us to get you some clarity.
Because clarity is what you've been missing.

So, for just 20 minutes, we'll look at your message, your audience, and your next step. And you'll leave knowing exactly what to do next.

Book your spot now. Link is in bio.

I'm offering 3 spots only this weekend.

I got into ghostwriting because of a conversation I couldn't forget.

Years ago, I sat with someone whose ideas about youth, finance, and African development were among the most clear and transformative I had ever heard.

It was at a conference that had less than a thousand people in attendance. And just for a few hours.

He spoke for about 45 minutes and I just there sat in silence. Listening. Nodding. Not just because I agreed with what he was saying, but because they were hard truths.

And at the end I thought:
•the world needs to hear this.

Not just the people in this room or connected virtually.

Over the years, that conversation eventually became a book.

And that book is reaching thousands of African youth.

Changing how they think about their lives and their futures.

That experience amongst others shaped my opinion about the fact that the best books don't start with a word count.

They start with a conversation worth having with more people than you currently reach.

So, what's the conversation you keep having that the world needs to hear?

Let's turn it into a book.

5 signs you're ready to write your book right now.

Most people I've spoken with think they need to be more prepared, more experienced, or more established before writing a book.

But I've come to realise that they're all wrong. The signs of readiness are actually already there. You just haven't come to recognize them yet.

So, after much research and conversations, I came up with a checklist for you to consider:

>Sign 1: You keep explaining the
same concept to different
people and it always lands.

>Sign 2: People regularly ask you
"have you written a book
about this?"

>Sign 3: You have more ideas than
you have time to share.

>Sign 4: You feel a responsibility to
reach more people than you
currently do.

>Sign 5: You've already tried to write
it yourself and got stuck.

If three or more of these are true, you're ready.

If this is you, grab my free Authority Book Starter Kit and take the first step: [https://tinyurl.com/the-authority-book-starter-kit]
