I MUST PUT AN END TO THIS
I'm out for the day working on this new client who seemed to be stubborn when it comes to investment. She's buoyant enough to execute a whole estate project in one month nonstop without any financial encumbrances of any kind.
I don't want it to be an 'almost' or a 'near' factor coming between us in this affair. I want a perfect and technically closed deal from this dogged investor. "Something must kill a man" as the saying goes; I must deploy all the necessary collateral working experiences and all the self motivation skills to ensure both parties go home smiling and satisfied by mutual agreed terms on the premise a deal is executed.
Sometimes people like this don't need a conventional approach when pitching to them. From what I had gathered in the cause of closing a 'perfect' deal, one needs to be exceptionally extraordinary in approaching such people. Have a strong bargain attitude, know your client first before stepping its world. If it's a client you're meeting for the first time, try in his/her words know the kind of person is made of, and from there you deploy a psychic emotional pitching. At this point very rare individuals cross this line when selling a product to them. They'll see no reason not to patronise your product completely. As a smart Salesperson you need to connect to your client emotionally, physically and that's the easiest way to get through your client.
Last last, back to the matter. I'm well prepared for her from all angles. If she likes be on the defensive side or 'chop wintch', something must come out of her in regards to my business proposition on the table.
For this Abuja, all these stubborn rich men and women, stacked-money-in-the-house kind of people only, if you don't follow them the way they need to be handled, you'll waste your lifespan for nothing, achieving nothing out of them while burning your fuel and call credit in vain.
