Britking Homes and Properties Limited is seeking to engage a competent and experienced professional to fill the role of Human Resource (HR) Officer.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support organizational growth through effective people management and administrative processes.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in HR, administration, or operations support
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing environments will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
