SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (HYBRID)

Location: Jabi, Abuja
Salary: ₦100,000 + 5% Sales Commission

RCH Properties is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our digital presence and drive engagement across our platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Stay updated on trends and leverage them for growth
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing content
• Use AI tools for content creation and video production
• Shoot and edit short-form content when required
• Monitor analytics and provide performance reports
• Generate leads and support property sales campaigns

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing social media accounts
• Strong content writing and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of AI tools for content and video creation
• Basic videography and content production skills
• Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies
• Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage
• Must be creative, proactive, and result-oriented

What We Offer:
• Hybrid work structure (2 days weekly)
