Dear Clients 🙏
Sometimes when we post houses for rent or sale, the videos we receive from some agents are mostly just inside videos of the apartment.
Meanwhile, we understand that many clients also want to see: ✅ The environment
✅ The road
✅ The compound
✅ Accessibility
✅ The neighborhood
Because where you live matters a lot 🏡
At times, this makes marketing a little difficult for us because we may not have complete outside videos to properly show clients before inspection 😩
And in Abuja, distance no be small thing 🚗⛽
Some clients spend money on transport and inspection, only to get there and discover the environment is different from what they imagined.
If movement, time and fuel were easier, many of us would personally go around to make proper outside videos before posting.
We truly appreciate clients that understand this challenge 🙏
