Our attention has been drawn to a post circulating on social media regarding alleged “distress sales” of NIS Estate, Kyami.

While individual homeowners are at liberty to market or resell their personal unit(s), such actions should not be misconstrued as a sale of an entire block or the estate itself. The estate comprises properties owned by various individual subscribers, and therefore, any post suggesting a general or collective “distress sale” is misleading, inaccurate, and unprofessional.

This form of misrepresentation does not reflect the true status or value of the estate and may cause unnecessary concern among subscribers, clients, and prospective investors.

We wish to assure all subscribers and clients that NIS Estate remains a secure, thriving, and value-preserving investment. There isno collective distress sale of properties within the estate.

We therefore urge all marketers and agents to be explicit, factual, and responsible in their communications to prevent the spread of misinformation.

Manzuwa will not hesitate to take appropriate legal or reputational action against any individual or entity found circulating misleading posts, captions, or advertisements that amount to misrepresentation.
