A lady with money, minimal funds o, renovated a school in SIX days!

VDM with hundreds of millions donated to his NGO has not shown us 1 single project he's completed in over a year, instead what did he do?

1. Turn his rats to road and bush cleaners

2. Start a project to release forgotten prisoners who are most likely guilty of whatever crimes they are convicted of. Upon that sef, we've not seen the prisoners he helped released

3. Keel 3 cow every eke market day to feed his hungry rat in open fields

4. Once once splash 100k each to 10 persons to look like he's helping so much

5. Tour the world with his side hen failed musician whilst causing more chaos online.

This man can't account for one single reasonable thing he's done with money in one year instead he's always talking about how they don't let him renovate schools, he can't find lands to buy, bla bla bla.

In one year, two of my friends have built a school and a whole plaza in the northern part of Nigeria but VDM still dey find land.

Because he's the most viewed content nuisance online, this boy thinks he has done way better than Mitchy because he has more followers? Never laughed at a foolery this much in my life.

A girl that 💯 of her content is about helping people, this ediot attributed it to her private part, the audacity!

OK let's say it's her private part and tax payers money, she used it to change lives, she could have diverted the funds for personal gains after all the poor didn't lick lollipop with her.

VDM you used to lick lollipop before, how many people did you help in your family with your lollipop money???

If you were a useful influencer, the most viewed in the world, why your side hen music never top any chart ever???

See hin mouth like they offered your NGO 600m and you rejected it, if you have an opportunity to lay hands on tax payers money as some who claims to be helping same tax payers, why would you reject it???

Things Every Painter Must Include in a Quotation

As a professional painter, your quotation speaks before you even pick up your brush. A clear and detailed quote builds trust and shows that you know your job.

Every serious painter must include these:

1. Client Details & Project Location
Always state who the work is for and where the job is located.

2. Surface Area (m²)
Be clear about the measurement. This helps your client understand how you arrived at your price.

3. Scope of Work
Explain exactly what you will do; surface preparation, screeding, priming, painting, finishing, etc.

4. Materials Specification
Mention the type and brand of paint, quantity, and other materials.

5. Labour Cost
Separate labour from materials. It makes your quotation transparent.

6. Number of Coats
State how many coats you will apply.

7. Duration of Work
Let the client know how long the job will take.

8. Total Cost
Be clear; no hidden charges. Avoid “miscellaneous” where possible.

9. Payment Terms
State how and when payment should be made.

10. Validity Period
Your quotation should not last forever. Give it an expiry date.

A well-structured quotation is not just a price; it is your professionalism on paper.

Most times, painters get confused when asked to give quotations in m² (labour and materials), especially for industrial jobs.

In reality, most organisations are not interested in your detailed material breakdown. What matters to them is your scope of work, procedure, and final result. They want assurance that you understand the job and can deliver quality.

So when asked to give a one-off price per m², don’t panic.

First, measure the surface to get the total area in m². Then list all required materials, labour, logistics, and other costs. Add everything together to get your total cost.

After that, divide the total cost by the total m². That gives you your rate per square meter.

This is the same approach used in industrial work like surface blasting.

Be accurate. Be professional. Contracts follow clarity.
