Esv Osilama Emmanuel Osilama, ANIVS, RSV, CFPM, FCAI, MBA, is a prominent Nigerian estate surveyor and valuer who serves as the Group Chairman and CEO of Nuel Osilama Global Investment Limited. Widely recognized in the industry as the "Lion of Real Estate in Africa", he has spearheaded the development of over 50 housing estates across Nigeria and operates internationally with Nuel Osilama Properties Ltd in the United Kingdom.

His professional standing is backed by his status as an Associate of the "NIESV" and a Registered Surveyor and Valuer with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. He is also the vice president (North Central) of REDAN.

His academic background includes an MBA and specialized diplomas in Estate Management and Project Management, which he uses to mentor others through the Nuel-Osilama Leadership Development Academy.
