Every great transformation begins with a vision.
When we first stepped into this property, it wasn’t a restaurant—it was an abandoned building. Overgrown with grass, littered with debris, and long forgotten, it was the kind of place many people would walk past without a second glance.
But at Abduk and Properties Ltd., we don’t just see buildings—we see possibilities.
We imagined a place where families could gather, where friends could share great meals, and where the rich taste of authentic Nigerian cuisine would be enjoyed in a beautiful and welcoming environment.
So, the work began.
We cleared years of overgrown vegetation and waste. We redesigned the entire space from the ground up, restoring and reshaping the structure into something completely new.
A reliable borehole was drilled to ensure a constant water supply. New windows were installed to brighten the space with natural light. Every wall was carefully prepared and painted. A solar power system was installed to provide dependable electricity. The interiors were thoughtfully designed, every finish was carefully selected, and every detail was executed with purpose.
This wasn’t just about renovating a building—it was about creating an experience.
Brick by brick, colour by colour, and detail by detail, a forgotten property was transformed into Amala N Grills—a restaurant built to serve great food in an atmosphere that feels just as satisfying as every meal on the menu.
Today, we are proud to hand over not just a completed project, but a dream brought to life.
