We are seeking a qualified and motivated Estate Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property portfolios, conducting valuations, and providing expert real estate advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections and valuations
Manage residential and commercial properties
Prepare valuation reports and feasibility studies
Advise clients on property investments and market trends
Handle lease negotiations and tenancy matters
Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management or related field
Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., ESVARBON, NIESV) is an advantage
Minimum of [X] years’ experience in estate surveying or property management
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Remuneration:
