Our goal is to provide evidence-based guidance and full risk transparency before clients purchase property.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to manage, qualify, and convert high-value property investment inquiries into structured due diligence engagements. This role is critical to maintaining TPDC’s authority and building long-term relationships with investors.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding property due diligence.

2) Qualify leads, assess intent, and guide clients to the appropriate service tier.

3) Deliver due diligence reports, ensuring clients understand findings and recommendations.

4) Upsell and cross-sell into SPIRE, TPDC Concierge, and related services.

5) Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update CRM systems.

6) Manage client expectations professionally and uphold TPDC’s credibility.

7) Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

- Suitable candidate must be female with excellent written and spoken English.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in client-facing roles; real estate or financial services preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.

- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp business workflows.

- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain TPDC’s authority in client interactions.

THE OPPORTUNITY

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Minimum 2 years proven field sales experience (insurance, real estate, solar/inverters, POS machines, banking products, supplements, etc.)
