Coming from banking, I was used to structure, targets, and predictable cycles. Real estate was the opposite uncertain, loud in opportunity but quiet in clarity. I remember days when I would sit and wonder if I had made the right move at all. There were moments of guilt too… the kind that doesn’t shout, but sits quietly with you asking if you walked away from something stable just to chase something uncertain.
But then again, there was also the learning. The unglamorous kind. The kind that doesn’t post on social media. Understanding land titles, client behavior, negotiation psychology, project realities, and the discipline of trust in a market where trust is everything. I was learning while waiting. And waiting while learning.
Somewhere in that process, I moved from just trying to find my footing to becoming HEAD OF ACCOUNTS. And now, within a very short but defining stretch of time, stepping into the role of General Manager of PrimeNexa Homes and Properties.
It still feels like a story that is unfolding too fast for the ink to dry.
But none of this would have had direction without people who saw beyond where I was, and believed in where I could be.
So I want to sincerely appreciate our Executive chairman Mr. Kingsley Chukwuemeka Ojukwu Engr. Dr. Kingsley Chukwuemeka Ojukwu
You didn’t just offer opportunity you offered trust at a time when certainty was still under construction for me. You gave room for responsibility to grow on me, instead of waiting for me to be “fully ready” before I was given a chance to lead. That kind of leadership is rare. And I do not take it lightly.
I understand that titles like General Manager sound big on paper, but what matters more is the weight of expectation behind them building systems that work, teams that deliver, and a structure that outlives excitement. I am stepping into this with full awareness that I am still being built even as I build.
Thank you for the belief, the platform, and the quiet confidence you’ve shown in my journey.
I will do my best not to just occupy the role, but to justify the trust that came with it.
