The firm is duly registered with the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria and the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA)
Aadum and Company with its team of highly trained professionals’ coupled with its modern real estate database has developed a name for itself in the various areas of real Estate Practise in the Country be its Agency, Property Management, Valuation of all kinds Facilities Management and Feasibility and Viability Appraisals.

This involves either selling a property on behalf of a client or purchasing a property on behalf of a client.
PROPERTY SALE:
The process of property sale can be both very demanding and challenging where the property seller is not careful in the selection of a knowledgeable Estate Agency Company as a representative. This is where there are professional skills of aadum and company; built around a good knowledge of the Logal property market (LPM) by the team members, coupled with the up to date property market database and the deployment of digital ICT modern technology will be of advantage for aadum and company.
Additionally, we have a policy of maintaining a consistent interface with the property seller for transparency through the entire transaction period.
