QUALIFICATIONS:

• A university Degree in a Secretarial Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Social sciences, or a related field of study.

• 2-3 years experience in an Admin/Customer Service-related role.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications is compulsory (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Professional qualification will be an added advantage.

• Good attention to detail; analytical and quick-thinking skills.

• Ability to manage team and relationships.
