** EXTERIOR
- Check the condition of the building's exterior and common areas (lobby, hallways, stairs)
- Trash and recycling facilities - Are they clean and easily accessible?

** INTERIOR
- Inspect the walls, floors, and ceilings for any damage or needed repairs
- Check the condition and functionality of all doors and windows
- Are there any signs of water damage or leaks?

** KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS
- Check the condition and functionality of all appliances
- Are the plumbing and electrical fixtures in good working order?
- Is the water pressure satisfactory?

** SAFETY AND SECURITY
- Are there secure locks on all doors and windows?
- Are there security lights around?

** LEASE AND FEES
- What are the fees associated with the apartment (rent, utilities, parking, etc.)?
- Are there any additional costs for amenities or services?
