Dear beloved Investors, it is wholesome to see how far we’ve turned up in CONNECT ESTATE PHASE 2. With this, we extend our utmost greetings.

Since sales for Connect Estate phase 2 has come to an end, there will be plot by plot allocation on the stated date which is 21st April 2024. Therefore, everyone who made complete payment on the purchase of a plot or plots would be opportune to conveniently select any plot(s) of their choice. Though this would be done according to the payment list cause it is strictly on first come, first serve basis. This further means that, those who has not made complete payment of owing a plot(s) would not be allocated their own plot(s) except all payment debts are settled with bank charge that’ll be attached to it. This also means that after clearing the debts, you loose the right to choose your plot(s), the company would now allocate a plot(a) to you from the remaining plot(s) left.

As a tradition during plot allocation, they’ll be a celebration where a Buffet with different dishes would be cooked and serve. This is to commemorate the journey thus far.

Also, in the case where a person who acquired a plot(s) is not available, a representative can be sent out for this occasion. This is to say this event is super important so attendance is necessary.

Remember, plot allocation would commence on the 21st of April, 2024.
