There are 5 types of Realtors on the internet:

They are just another sect of internet scammers.
How to know them is that they give too good to be true offers and they are often desperate from their tone.

This Realtors are innocent but they go to jail for selling properties that are in problem.
They donโt know the Realtors should first of all verify the property, history and process of acquisition and even verify the documents of the land they want to market.
I have a friend who is currently paying a depth of 9 million naira because of this problem.

This realtors just want to sell and make profit.
They will sell genuine properties but THEY DONโT have the interest of the client at heart.
They donโt mind selling swamp to their clients, they donโt mind selling evil forest to their client, they donโt mind anything that will Favor their client apart from getting the commission.
Most clients who are abroad and canโt come for inspection before they invest fall victim of this wickedness and gets heart broken when they come back to see their properties.
The realtors are well aware of the mischievous act but they just want to catch out.

This set of Realtors are temporary in the business to solve immediate needs and probably get into other businesses.
They donโt necessarily care about relationships.
They donโt care about customer satisfaction that will open doors for more deals.
They donโt care about serving a client well so as to get future referrals or recommendations.
For them, itโs all about ๐๐๐.
You will fall into problem when you patronize such Realtors.

These are the most careful set of Realtors. They are the ones that will go the extra mile to guarantee the satisfaction of their clients.
They are the ones who will work so hard for the security of their clients investment.
They care about relationships and are careful to service it intentionally.
All they want to do is to satisfy their clients with exactly what they need.
They even go tbe extra mile of sending gifts to their clients during festive seasons.
They are not in a short term thing.
They are consistent and are committed to building a career that will stand the test of time.
This is where I belong.
How to know this kind of Realtors is by the advice they give you about properties, how they carry you along with developments and updates, the intentionality they exert in the relationship, the magnitude of the gratitude they express for successful transactions and referrals, the atmosphere and peace that comes with dealing with them, and many more.
