*KEY DOCUMENTS TO GET WHEN YOU BUY LAND FROM REAPFOLD PROPERTIES LIMITED*
1. RECEIPT: For every payment you make, whether through your bank, transfer app, cheque book or cash, you must get a receipt, when the transaction is done.
2. DEED OF ASSIGNMENT: This is one of the documents you will get from our company after the completion of transaction. It is the legal instrument that transfers land ownership to our clients. It conveys our clients the exclusive rights to use and resell the land.
3. SURVEY PLAN: To keep to standard, our company engages government surveyors to survey any of our estates, although it comes with a lot of cost, this is one of the things that differentiate our company from some Real Estate companies, especially in Anambra State. The survey plan is the document we give to our clients, as it gives an accurate measurement of the land and also describes it.
4. ALLOCATION LETTER: This is a formal document that we issue to our clients that confirms the allocation of land. The letter confirms location, size, and plot number
