ASHDC ENGAGES NGOZIKA ESTATE PHASE 1 & 11 EXECUTIVES ON BOOM BARRIER OPERATIONS AND ESTATE MANAGEMENT

The Anambra State Housing Development Corporation (ASHDC) Management Team today held a strategic meeting with the Executives of Ngozika Estate Phase 1 and Phase 11 at the ASHDC Boardroom.

During the meeting, the Managing Director, Hon. Chike Anyaonu, briefed the estate executives on the profiling of all residents, a key step aimed at ensuring the smooth and efficient use of the newly automated Boom Barrier gate system . He explained the different categories of gate users as classified by the Corporation and how each category will be accommodated within the system.

The MD also outlined clear plans to prevent traffic congestion at the estate entrance, especially during security checks, while maintaining effective access control . Details were further shared on the process for issuing pass cards to residents and authorized users.

Importantly, Hon. Chike Anyaonu emphasized the need for outstanding debtors to fulfill their financial obligations, noting that prompt payment is crucial for the seamless ex*****on of pending and future projects within the estates .

The meeting ended on a note of cooperation, with both parties reaffirming their commitment to improved security, orderly access, and sustainable development across Ngozika Estate Phase 1 and 11.

Inspecting the Installation of the Boom Barrier

The inspection progressed seamlessly to the installation of the boom barrier at the entrance of Ngozika Estate Phase 1, marking another critical step in strengthening access control and security within the estate.

Residents present during the exercise expressed profound appreciation to the Management for the quality of work being delivered, particularly commending the remarkable thickness and standard of the ongoing asphalting of the access road.
