WHAT IF WE COULD USE DATA TO PREDICT WHERE PROPERTY VALUES WILL GROW NEXT?

This question fascinates me because of my experience in real estate.

Real estate investment decisions are often influenced by:

🏗️ Development

🏦 Economic conditions

🏫 Proximity to schools and businesses.

But imagine combining all these factors with large datasets and machine-learning models.

Could predictive analytics help investors make better decisions?

Could AI help estimate future property demand?

Could data help governments plan housing and infrastructure more effectively?

These are not merely business questions.
